Welcome to the new generation of pole fitness training. The Pole Studio and the number one fitness pole manufacturer Ahlsport, proudly presents the FIPO Basic Trainer in Pole Fitness. The only school in the UK to offer this brand new, REPs accredited Pole Instructor certification.
If you have always been interested in pole fitness and you are a current fitness professional but you do not have prior pole experience, this is the training certification for you! Pole dance and pole fitness classes have been evolving steadily over the last 15 years. All over the world, fitness and dance enthusiasts have been trying out pole dance classes for fun and fitness. Up until a few years ago, pole ‘dance’ classes were not accepted in mainstream gyms but now nearly every gym in the UK has pole fitness classes going on. FIPO looks to build a positive, quality controlled method of pole fitness. The FIPO course, and associated equipment, promotes the clear and clean image of a ‘fitness only’ approach to pole exercise. This unique training programme is supported by the highest quality of Scandinavian engineered poles called Fitpoles. Fitpoles are made from hand-selected, ecologically friendly materials. Fitpoles can be easily and safely assembled in any studio with no need for fixings in the floor or ceiling. After class, the Fitpoles can be taken down and stored away. FIPO Pole Fitness classes will become part of the group exercise schedule in gyms and health clubs all over the world. Any gym or health club member can join the class, without prior experience and will be able to carry out the exercises delivered by the FIPO qualified instructor. What is a FIPO Basic Trainer Pole Fitness class like? FIPO Basic Trainer is a whole body fitness approach, taking a fresh look at pole exercise, and making it accessible to people of all fitness levels. Many people including those already involved in fitness and those who are not, are intrigued by pole fitness. However, not many people know that a wide range of body weight, cardiovascular and flexibility exercises can be completed on the Fitpole. The components of a FIPO Basic Trainer Pole Fitness class include: Fitpole Grips – Specialised Fitpole gripping positions are detailed to enable the members of the class to safely and effectively carry out the exercises. Fitpole Cardio - Easy to follow exercises that can be used in choreographed sequences. Fitpole Cardio is ideal of new beginners because many of the exercises do not require one to lift their own body weight on the pole. Fitpole Cardio may be performed at varying intensities, according to one’s fitness levels. Cardiovascular exercise is a key part of physical fitness. It improves heart and respiratory health and is an important part of training for those who want to lose weight. Fitpole Strength, Fitpole Spin & Fitpole Tricks – The purpose of this part of the class is to develop muscular strength and muscular endurance. These exercises are for toning the muscles, increasing strength, building stamina and improving co-ordination. Fitpole Stretch – Stretching, using the Fitpole for balance and resistance effectively improves flexibility and mobility in the body. Increased flexibility reduces the risk of injury and helps people to function better in everyday life. Stretching and relaxation are also important for stress reduction. This is your chance to become a REPs endorsed FIPO qualified instructor. What is included in the FIPO Basic Trainer in Pole Fitness Instructors Course? It’s a two-day intensive training programme.
