Tracey Simmonds is a pole dance instructor and performer from England with over 6 years experience. She now lives and works in South Africa. With a number of pole dance achievements in performing, competing and instructing, her current work includes the following. The Pole Studio SA, creating and launching the first accredited pole dance instructor training programme in South Africa, promoting her own instructional DVD series 'A Comprehensive Guide to Pole Dance', setting up the Pole Fitness Association of South Africa, travelling within Europe and South Africa to teach beginner to advanced pole dance workshops, as well as performing pole dance fitness shows.

Tracey's style of pole dance and execution of pole tricks can be described as; strong, precise, elegant, imaginative and fluid.

Tracey's workshops will emphasise the importance of strengthening your body for the benefit of your pole tricks and over all performance. You will learn demanding pole tricks that link together in dynamic ways. Explore ways of travelling up and down the pole and create new, imaginative combinations!
